Happy Homecoming, Panthers! The Sept. 20-25 activities aren’t just for football fans and alums: a host of in-person events are scheduled for students, too. Here are seven we think you might enjoy.

Monday, Sept. 20

Homecoming Kickoff Event: 12-2 p.m.

Join fellow students and student organizations in the Schenley Quadrangle to kickoff Homecoming Week with games, food and more. You can also meet some of the .

Tuesday, Sept. 21

Traditions Paint Night: 8-10 p.m.

Hail to Pitt with creativity and learn about Pitt traditions at this event hosted by the Blue and Gold Society in the William Pitt Union Ballroom.

Wednesday, Sept. 22

I Love Pitt Day: 11 a.m.-2 p.m

Participate in games, giveaways and activities with the Student Government Board in the Quad, and make sure to show your Pitt pride.

Roc Talks: 7-9 p.m.

Students and alumni are both invited to the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center to hear inspirational talks from impressive Pitt alumni. This event will also have networking opportunities.

Thursday, Sept. 23

Traditions Scavenger Hunt: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Spend the day exploring the campus you call home with a scavenger hunt. Make sure to check in at Alumni Hall before you begin, and follow the and on social media for clues.

Saturday, Sept. 25

Tailgate Village: 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

The biggest game of the season deserves the biggest tailgate: Enjoy food, beverages and pregame festivities from the Pitt Alumni Association on the Great Lawn before the game. If you’re planning to attend the noon showdown against New Hampshire, make sure to .

Homecoming Laser and Fireworks Show: 9 p.m.
